Ticketing & Entry

  • Ticket Requirements: You must present a valid ticket and, if applicable, proof of concession entitlement (which can be upgraded to full price at the venue by paying the difference). Fraudulent or unauthorized tickets will be rejected.
  • Refusal of Entry / Removal: Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons for breaching rules, disruptive or unsafe behaviour, or failing to follow directions.
  • Refund Policy: Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if you are refused entry or asked to leave, except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
  • Late Arrivals: Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable performance break and may be seated in alternative locations.

Safety, Behaviour & Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour, as well as property damage or facility misuse, will result in immediate removal and referral to the police (which may lead to criminal charges).
  • Intoxication: Patrons who are intoxicated by drugs or alcohol will not be admitted or allowed to remain on site.
  • Smoking & Vaping: Prohibited throughout the venue and within 50 meters of the centre.
  • Child Supervision: Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible carer at all times.

 

 Venue Navigation & Restricted Areas

  • Special Support Needs: Guests requiring specific accessibility or support accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue in advance.
  • Clear Passageways: Passageways, theatre doors, and emergency fire exits must remain clear at all times. Fire exits are strictly for emergency use, and sitting in unauthorized areas is prohibited.
  • Restricted Areas: Back-of-house areas are off-limits unless explicitly authorized. Meeting rooms are reserved for hirers only.

 

Dress Code

  • Required Attire: Appropriate clothing and footwear (including shirts) must be worn at all times.

 

Belongings

  • Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your items. Unattended bags present a security hazard and will be reported to the police.

 

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

  • Outside Food & Drinks: All food and beverages
  • Recording Equipment: Cameras, video, or recording devices of any kind (unless explicitly pre-authorized by the venue).
  • Mobility & Wheeled Items: Scooters, skateboards, roller/wheeled shoes, and personal mobility devices (except wheelchairs or approved accessibility devices).
  • Dangerous & Disruptive Items: Weapons, flammable liquids, laser pointers, flags, offensive signs, or any item presenting a safety hazard or potential disruption to the performance.

 

Animals

  • Pets Banned: Pets are not permitted inside the venue or centre.
  • Service Animals Welcome: Accredited guide, hearing, and service assistance animals (as defined under the Companion Animals Act 1998 NSW) are fully permitted.
