Where a concession ticket price is listed, and unless stated otherwise on the event information page, a concession ticket price will be offered to holders of the following cards:
Centrelink-issued Pensioner Card
Veteran’s Affairs Pensioner Card
Full-time Student Card
Australian Government Health Care Card
We also accept Companion Cards.

Concession ticket holders must have their concession card with them when attending a performance.
Depending on the show presenter, group, child, family or other ticket prices may apply – check the show information page for details.

For selected events, customers wishing to purchase a group of tickets* may be eligible to receive a special discounted ticket price. If a group ticket price is available, the price will be listed on the event page.

*A group is generally 8 or more tickets purchased in one transaction for the same event, however the number of tickets can vary by event so please refer to the information on the event page.
*Group bookings (10+) can be held for up to 7 days but must be paid 14 days in advance of the performance date. If you would like to request payment via bpay (direct deposit) rather than credit card please contact the Box Office at hubreception@bmcc.nsw.gov.au.
Remittance and an email once paid will need to be sent to the above email to secure your booking.
*All group/schools bookings are to be paid for 14 days prior to the performance date.
Large groups of 30+ tickets require a 10% deposit to hold the booking.
Unpaid tickets 14 days out from the performance will be released (unless noted in the booking).

There is no right to refund or exchange except as required by law, and/or as provided in the Industry Ticketing Code of Practice.
Blue Mountains Theatre (Blue Mountains City Council) is the ONLY authorised ticket seller for all events held at this venue.
Tickets sold by the venue are intended for the use by the purchaser and are not to be resold through ticket resell websites such as Viagogo, EBay, Gumtree etc.
Please be aware that Blue Mountains Theatre accepts no responsibility or obligation to honour tickets purchased from or through unauthorised re-sellers.
If the event is cancelled, a refund (if applicable) will be paid to the first purchaser of the ticket and not to consumers who bought from the resale market.
