More infoSTATEMENT FROM RUDI MUSIC
We’re deeply sorry to share that due to serious health reasons, James Valentine must withdraw from all remaining performances of James Valentine’s Upbeat Revue in 2025.
James has recently received news that his cancer has returned and, under medical advice, will be stepping back from all public commitments to focus on treatment and recovery. We know how disappointing this will be for those who were looking forward to seeing him on stage.
All ticket holders will be contacted directly by the venue with refund information.
On behalf of James and I, thank you for your support and understanding during this time.
– Reuben White, Rudi Music
You get James Valentine’s Upbeat Revue - a night of music and comedy, because why choose!
Expect sizzling organ riffs, comic detours, and radio stories you didn’t get to hear.
James, best known as the voice of Afternoons on ABC, brings his razor-sharp wit and radio mischief to the live stage, backed by his powerhouse band: Darren Heinrich (organ), Sam Rollings (guitar), and Nic Cecire (drums).
And just when you think it couldn’t get better - enter Liz Player, the knockout vocalist from The Voice 2024, bringing serious fire to the mix.
Forget stiff concerts - come for the witty anecdotes, funky grooves, and sax solos with a respectable bedtime.
Music. Laughs. A dangerously good time - because nights this fun should probably come with a warning label.
