Blue Mountains Theatre and Community Hub has a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place.
If you feel unwell, have recently experienced cold or flu-like symptoms or are awaiting COVID test results please do not attend the theatre. Call the Box Office 4723 5050 to discuss your options in line with our terms and conditions.
When at the Theatre we ask patrons to please undertake good hand and respiratory hygiene measures: wash hands frequently and utilise hand sanitising stations within the facility.
All patrons who wish to wear a mask can do so. Masks are available at the Box Office.
In accordance with current NSW Government requirements, there is no socially distanced automatic seating allowance is currently in place. You may be seated immediately adjacent to, in front of, or behind, other pations.
Should restrictions change, seating capacity may be increased or decreased accordingly.
Blue Mountains Theatre reserves the right to cancel the performance or make any operational changes necessary to ensure the safety of our patrons, staff and performers and to comply with local, state and federal government regulations and public health orders. Should a performance be cancelled or re-scheduled, you will be entitled to a refund on purchased tickets.
We encourage patrons to use contactless transactions, through:
- pre-purchase of tickets online/over the phone
- at theatre door, have e-tickets open and on display on their devices, rather than a physical ticket
- use tap-and-go rather than cash for pre-show snack or beverage purchases.
